Here’s an inspiring Love Note from the Journey from Yvette in L.A. Thanks for sharing, Yvette!
“My best friend is currently going through chemotherapy, and the one thing that is most important is to keep her positive. There is a giant in each of you. You are strong and well able to fulfill your God-given destiny. You are a victor. You don’t know how strong you are until strong is the only choice you have. Cancer is so limited. It cannot cripple love; it cannot shatter hope; it cannot corrode faith; it cannot destroy peace; it cannot kill friendship; it cannot suppress memories; it cannot silence courage; it cannot invade the soul; it cannot steal eternal life; it cannot conquer the spirit.
Cancer may have started the fight, but you will finish it. Fight like you have never fought before. I may not know you, but I am with you in spirit.”
Have you stood with a close friend during her breast cancer journey? What is your advice to other caregivers or co-survivors? Let us know in a Love Note.
